Shipping Policy

Dewberry Korea ships authentic Korean skincare, makeup, haircare, and K-beauty best sellers internationally. Shipping rates, available destinations, and any checkout-specific options are confirmed at checkout before payment.

United States delivery

US delivery is typically 7 to 10 business days. Product availability, order verification, weekends, holidays, customs checks, and carrier conditions can affect the final delivery date.

Europe delivery

Europe delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days including normal order processing and carrier transit. Exact timing depends on destination country, customs, and carrier conditions.

Processing and tracking

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. When tracking is available, it will be provided after fulfillment so you can follow the shipment.

International duties and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Dewberry Korea and are the responsibility of the customer unless checkout states otherwise.
