Refund and Return Policy
Dewberry Korea wants every customer to receive authentic Korean beauty products in good condition. If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide next steps.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, makeup, haircare, sheet masks, lip products, and personal care products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or different from what you ordered, email dewberrykorea@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the parcel, product photos, and a short description of the issue. We review these cases individually.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, opened beauty products, used products, final sale items, and items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for refund.
